2022 was yet another crazy year!
Tumultuous change—where your survival depended on swiftly understanding whatever the heck was going down and immediately iterating—was an almost day-to-day situation.
Sweeping, volatile, sometimes violent change in almost every area of life is the new norm.
If you haven't already, you'd better get comfortable. Things are not going back to the old pace. And as we move closer to 2030, it will only increase. Exponentially.
Those who adjust to this new rate of change will survive and thrive. But for the rest of the world, life will become increasingly difficult.
Sounds terrifying. But it shouldn't.
Humans are designed for adaptation. Now, we must adapt to how the nature of change itself is changing. It’s speeding up, past the point of human comprehension.
How should we respond?
We must switch into learning mode. Permanently.
I will be devoting several upcoming editions to this topic. Stick around, and I promise to equip you with the information and tools you need to be a master of the future.
In the meantime, the most potent response to a world in free fall is to seek out the new opportunities that life is presenting you.
We all have something we are stopping ourselves from being, doing, or having. Perhaps 2023 is the moment to jettison those quiet limits and do the thing that really matters.
If you do, it will be a great year.
See you then!
Misha
Looking forward to the new year and into permanently being in learning mode. Thank you
